Herbal Tea: For Sleep (Chamomile, Linden, Mugwort)

Chamomile: Buds and blossoms. Calming, with a mellow grassy flavor. Induces relaxation and invites restful sleep.

Linden: Delicate leaves and flowers. A light herb renowned for sedation.

Mugwort: A universal herb for protection & prophecy; pain & healing; psychic powers & lucid dreaming.

Use: 1-2 tsp for 8 ounces of water. Steep ~4 minutes.

For a strong tea, pour hot water over herbs and allow to sit overnight.
